Hours & Reservation

Spa hours are daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
To schedule your session, please contact spa reception at (415) 429-4455 or our website. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred treatment time.

Before Your Visit

  • We recommend leaving jewelry and valuables at your residence prior to your spa visit.

  • Please have lunch or dinner at least 2 hours before your visit to ensure your comfort during treatments and allow for proper digestion.

On Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to complete your health assessment form and relax in our tranquil environment before your treatment begins.

Late arrival

Out of respect for other guests, we may not be able to extend treatment times for late arrivals. We appreciate your punctuality to ensure all guests receive their full scheduled experience.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid charges, please provide advance notice for cancellations:

  • Postponed treatments: 24-hour notice required (late cancellations incur 100% of treatment cost)

  • No-shows: Full treatment cost will be charged

Personal Items

Saliin Thai Massage & Wellness is not responsible for loss or damage of any personal belongings. Please keep your personal/valuable items securely in your possession at all times.

Spa Environment

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted in the spa. Please keep conversations at a low volume to respect other guests’ relaxation.

Pet Policy

To ensure the comfort of all clients and staffs, Pets are not permitted in any part of our facilities, including all common areas and treatment rooms.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash.

For phone bookings, a credit or debit card is required to complete your reservation. Payment will be processed upon completion of your treatment or at your scheduled appointment time.

Refund Policy

At Saliin Thai Massage & Wellness, all services are non-refundable once completed.

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please inform us as soon as possible before leaving the sanctuary. We are committed to addressing your concerns and ensuring a resolution that upholds the quality of our services.

Credit card disputes constitute as fraudulent actions and will not be honored following the completion of services, particularly when concerns have not been communicated in a timely manner to us first (within 24 hours upon completion of service) for resolution.
